1. Excellent communication skills with strong command on English Language and accent is a must.

3. After initial training, you should be able to handle the task independently.

5. Record customer information within our customer service software.
6. Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
7. Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Freshers with excellent communications skills are welcome.
• 0-4 Years of International call center experience.
• Should be a computer literate with good typing speed.
• Years of experience in relevant field or any other voice-based remote support center.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including telephone etiquette
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Willing to work in U.S. timings (night shift).

Salary As per Industry Standards, PF, ESI, and Performance Incentives are provided.
Shift Hours 8.30 pm to 5.30 am Night Shift

Job Description
1. Analyze and develop Odoo solutions for our clients.
2. Provide solutions to our customer queries.
3. Train our partners and customers on how to use Odoo.
4. Support the sales team during pre-sales demonstrations.
5. Respond to support tickets and provide solutions.

Required Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of Python, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL.

Designation Senior Odoo Developer

Job Description
1. Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Odoo/Open ERP Support, Development, Integration, Training or Migration.
2. Excellent understanding of Odoo framework.
3. Excellent command on Odoo Stack Technologies (i.e., Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, PostgreSQL, etc.).
4. Should have good understanding of Odoo module building and troubleshooting.
5. Good written as well as verbal English communication capability; must be a Team Player; quality output is must for the position; accept one year bond from date of employment.
6. Should have basic functional/business/domain knowledge of various industries.
7. Flexible for work schedule according to customer time zone when required.

Attributes we are looking for:
Preferred extensive functional knowledge of Odoo.
Analyze customers’ needs and business processes in order to map them properly with Odoo.
Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go live.
Coach customers on how to use Odoo efficiently through an individual session.
Optionally, deliver Odoo functional training sessions onsite or online.
